Today in focus – training as a carpenter.
We would like to introduce you to the apprentices – currently 18 trainee carpenters – and accompany them during their 3-year apprenticeship. Last but not least, we would like to give you an impression of 👉 how diverse and inspiring the subject of craftsmanship is 👉 how comprehensively the Terhalle Group lives up to its responsibility. And how “simply enthusiasm for the trades” is kindled, as training manager Bennet Terbrack says. Above all, however, this format is intended to give young people and young adults the chance to speak openly about initial uncertainties, mutual support and the joy of working in the skilled trades. Ultimately, with several locations and exciting further training opportunities, Terhalle really does offer every young woman and young man individual opportunities to plan their career.
