“There was nothing here this morning and tonight half of it is closed.” If you talk to experts like timber construction foreman André Terpelle from the Terhalle Group, this is still the biggest attraction of the construction site – alongside working in a team and in the open air: Planning, planking – done.
“I can see what I’ve achieved here,” says “Pelle”, as his colleagues call him. He has been playing for Team Terhalle since his apprenticeship in 2009. 🙌🤩

There’s a lot to think about, because practical work has nothing on tinkering and improvisation – if it’s done right. “Before every construction project, I’m in the office with the site manager and we go through the most important points. I keep that in mind and make sure I use a friendly tone on site so that people want to work with me.” 🤝
The hollow core slabs for the roof that Pelle and his team are putting on the gymnasium were delivered this morning. Now it’s time to get to work – after all, the results should be ready by the evening. 🏗

Many thanks, André, for your insights. Cool team, clear goal, that’s construction site business at the Terhalle Group. 🤗
