Building type

With the FUHUB an innovative new building with up to 6,600 m² of office and laboratory space is being built in the Dahlem district of Berlin. Thanks to its connection to Freie Universität Berlin and other research institutes, the location is particularly attractive for technology-oriented companies, especially from the robotics and life sciences sectors. An appealing entrance area, the flexible floor plan design and numerous greened recreation areas offer future tenants a particularly pleasant working environment. The modern energy and climate concept underlines the sustainability of the building. Furthermore, a green roof terrace will be available to all tenants.
