The foundation stone for the Klimahaus on Salvator-Allende-Straße was laid last week. In addition to our project manager Frank Wellkamp, two state secretaries, the federal and state governments as well as the district mayor, the board members of the housing association Degewo and the managing director of the Berlin SME Bateg were on site! 🤝 A total of 110 residential units in timber hybrid construction are being built in Berlin Köpenick on a usable area of approx. 12,407m². In addition to timber construction, our window construction department is also involved in the project. 🤩💪

The Klimahaus is seen as a pioneer for sustainable construction in municipal housing. 🌍🍃
