Your future area of responsibility:
- Leadership and management of project management for major projects in timber engineering (including as a subcontractor/GU in the field of timber construction)
- Control of the project managers as well as organization of solution approaches for the project team
- Classification and handover of the projects to the project managers
- Planning, control and monitoring of ongoing projects incl. Supplementary management
- Responsibility for timely and cost effective completion of projects including. of the project controlling
- Obtaining subcontractor bids and evaluation including. Contract award
- Coordination within the various divisions and in timber construction at divisional management level CAD, prefabrication and scheduling
- Development and implementation of continuous process optimization in the handling of projects
- Employee selection, management and development as well as the onboarding of new employees.
What you bring:
- Completed further training in the construction industry, e.g. master carpenter, construction technician, bachelor’s/master’s degree in civil engineering or similar
- Constructive and price-technical understanding
- Experience and sound knowledge in project management
