In many places, gymnasiums and swimming pools are due for refurbishment because, for example, existing schools are to be modernized and not simply demolished. This shows once again why building in existing buildings is often the supreme discipline for companies like the Terhalle Group. 💪🤩
Managing Director Hendrik Mulder, here in the 4th part of the “Undercover Boss” series, has taken on a corresponding BV this time, where the following applies with regard to tolerances: What doesn’t fit is made to fit.
In the video, you can see foreman André Terpelle, who you met last week, this time at the hand-held rip saw, as he manually cuts the corresponding shims for the end panels. 🏗🙌
The special hollow chamber ceilings used for the renovation project are high-tech. These not only have multiple features such as statics that allow large spans, acoustics and sound insulation. They also replace alternative superstructures, with positive effects on weight and height, thus relieving the existing foundation. Hendrik Mulder from the Terhalle Group explains more in this exciting video. 🎥🤗
