1st floor has started

A lot has happened on our construction site in the Lune Delta industrial/commercial area!
We completed the 1,600 m² first floor on schedule at the end of February and are now busy erecting the walls and laying the cross-laminated timber ceilings on the second floor.

All cross-laminated timber products used are treated with a DGNB German Sustainable Building Council-compliant weather protection and
UV coating. With its white color, this contrasts very well with the supports and beams made of beech 🌳, where a water-repellent and UV-resistant special finish was applied to the primer layer.

We also erected a two-flight platform staircase, each 1.35 m wide. A cross-laminated timber panel was constructed as a ramp for this, which will be covered with steps at a later date – until then, we will use the scaffolding and keep you up to date 🏃‍♂️ 😉
