Alexander reports how important personal contact is to him. That’s why he likes to invite client representatives and architects to the company at the beginning to discuss details and give them an impression of the different departments at Terhalle. The project professional then devotes himself to coordinating with the architect and works with the specialist planners such as building physicists, structural engineers etc. to clarify the planning and execution details. Once his part is done, Alexander Geng hands over the project in-house to the Terhalle site manager. This is how the processes interlock. 🤝
