Barrier-free planned detached house with granny apartment as an efficiency house 40 🏡😊 This private project was planned by Susanne Schamp’s team and focused on sustainability from the outset. Over 500 m² of living space was created on the existing plot with maple and beech trees 🌳🌲 , spread over two floors. Our cellulose-insulated timber frame construction is finished with untreated, vertical larch cladding with tongue and groove profiles. Under the extensive green roof with elevated PV modules, a wooden beam ceiling is visible on the inside. In addition to the few tiled and exposed screed surfaces, only oak parquet flooring has been laid, which is echoed in the oak steps of the steel stringer staircase from our metal construction team. In addition to the very well insulated shell, the air-to-water heat pump contributes to the Efficiency House 40. The electric venetian blinds in front of our aluminum windows protect against the summer heat 🌡️. From the outside, the rectangular building impresses with its projecting steel balcony, which extends across almost its entire width, and the entrance area of the spacious main apartment. Here, the 1.0 m deep bay window of the upper floor juts out and welcomes the residents and their guests as an inviting canopy. Resource-conserving construction desired – goal achieved! 💪 #Terhalle Group #Timber construction #EfficiencyHouse40 #Sustainability #Resource-conserving construction #Accessible construction #Timber windows
