The dry weather in March has been a wonderful help with the reinforced concrete work – we are faster than expected. 👍 All the exterior basement walls, load-bearing interior walls and supports are as good as concreted. We have also constructed the elevator shaft up to the first floor ceiling. Here, a 250 kg anchor plate was installed on the rear wall, to which the free-floating steel staircase will later be welded – this ensures that the anchoring is friction-locked.

Next week, we will start with the external wall insulation of the basement. At the same time, our construction team will hand over the completed planning of all openings in the cross-laminated timber ceilings for the HVAC trades to the structural engineer. ✔️
